Safety / Risk Management / Insurance / Adjusters
Review and coordinate project-specific insurance requirements

Purchasing
Develop and maintain vendor list, Develop final scope of work for bidders/vendors, Sign subcontracts and vendor contracts/POs

Project Management / Field Supervision / Service Management
Prepare project budget and schedule of values, Evaluate and manage project budget during construction, Obtain and distribute construction drawings and specifications, Develop contract change orders, Review and approve subcontract change orders
